U.S. military bases in Europe have raised their terror alert to its second-highest level, "FPCON Charlie" over concerns of a possible attack in the coming weeks. CBS News correspondent Lilia Luciano has more.

When peace is spread all over the world, there are no new scientific advancements because we simply don’t need them. If not for climate change, we wouldn’t be searching for new energy technology, like the nuclear fusion reactor. If not for the World Wars, we would’ve never created the nuclear bomb which pushed us into the direction of nuclear fission reactors for energy. What we need is a balance between Order and Chaos, not one or the other.
