可惜，不是真正氣功八段錦的練法。因為大部分動作不合符八段錦氣功的原則，例如沒有沉肩垂肘，請買本《丹道八段錦》或上網看看便了解。

他的功法类似有少林拳里的动作与气功八段锦连在一起.另外主题是欧洲八段锦,所以动作自然不一样

@@user-sn1mr4gr7z 是的，樁是外家拳的樁，動作有八成是慢版的體育運動，最大問題是大部分動作違反氣功原則，如果他們稱之為體育八段錦，我便無話可說，他們式子的名稱是不可以用氣功八段錦的名稱的，因為他們基本上沒有氣功八段錦的功效。

Too bad. It is not the real chi gong way of practice, most movements violate the principles of the original " The Eight Pieces of brocade".

I think everything should be measured by the result. And master Shi Heng Yi 's sets give me great results. I also combine it with yoga. That will also be "very bad" according to you. But I don't practice for exhibitions, but for health - just like many other users...

@@andreapilarova8356 If you like to measure by result, then let me tell you that the result of the original practice is much much better. His movements are about 80% physical exercise and only about 20% Chi Gong. They downgrade the original practice by 80% and still use the name " 8 brocades" . That is very misleading. I have been learning both the practice and theories of Chi Gong for more than 30 years. I need to tell people the truth. If you know the theories of the original practice, you would agree with me. It is ok for you to combine it with yoga or change it to other forms that you like , but please use another name instead. The purpose of discussion is to find out the truth and it is great to discuss with you.
