The U0105 error code is a dtc error code indicating a loss in communication between the ECM and fuel injector control module FICM.
When this loss in communication occurs, It could signal in 1 or 2 injectors, disrupting the free flow of gasoline into the cylinders, and causing the engine misfire.
It could also cause a complete disruption in the entire injector, as they will not function well when the ECM loses communication to the fuel injection control module, once the engine comes to live.
Yes! You heard me right... the fuel injectors in most modern cars by General motors, Chrysler, some BMW, Benz, and toyota etc, uses a special module called the FICM to monitor the injectors.
This separation of the fuel injector module from the Engine Control Module (ECM) in these vehicle designs is often related to factors like modularity, specialized functions, and the distribution of control units within the vehicle, for proper communication.
You could turn off the car engine, and may have checked all the injectors for pulse and they all clicked when powered.
You could also check power to the injectors too and all getting power.
