On April 6, 2024, students from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) professional schools joined with UAB's Anatomical Donor Program to host a memorial service honoring those who donated their bodies to scientific learning.
Family and friends gathered in Volker Hall, Lecture Room A to give thanks and celebrate the donors. The service was streamed live on Zoom.
