UBE Moist Chiffon Cake recipe
By Randy Paa BAKER'S BEST
Batter mixture
5-pcs Large egg yolk
1-1/4-cup room temp evap milk
1/2-teaspoon SALT
1/2-tablespoon Baking powder
1/4-teaspoon Baking soda
1-teaspoon Plain vinegar
1-tablespoon UBE purple Yam
1-teaspoon UBE powder food color
1/2-cup Canola oil
2-cup all purpose flour
3/4-cup white sugar
Meringue
5-pcs Large egg whites
1/4-teaspoon cream of tartar
1-cup white sugar
Ganache
1/2-cup white sugar
3-1/2-tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2-teaspoon UBE powder purple Yam
1/4-teaspoon UBE powder food color
1-cup room temp Water
1-cup room temp evap milk
1-tablespoon Margarine /or Butter

Ganto po yung hinahanap kung tutorial super informative. I'm now a full time mom sa aking baby and kahit busy mag alaga sa anak gusto ko pa rin may matutunan na bagong skills at dahil nga sa mga monthly milestone naisip ko mag try ng baking pero i have no time naman to attend classes dahil sa baby ko, kaya ang laking tulong po nito, buti na lang nakita ko tong video mo chef. thank you po and keeping making this kind of videos po. Hello Sir Randy... Last Thursday night I used this recipe and my ube chiffon was really moist and yummy. The sweetness is very balance. Galing detailed po ang intruction. Nagawa ko pero dahil sa kung minsan ang AFP na ginagamit ay may imiinom ng masmaraming liquid kaya medyo inadjust ko ang milk at successfully naman. Salamat chef.
