LockDown.. Ugh. I was thinking about driving again. I haven’t seen a surge in MPLS in Months. I check everyday. I see a lot of Uber cars on the Map. Glad to see you again making Videos.

Happy holidays man No questions. Just wanna say thanks for making these videos. You helped me hustle this gig for a few months when I hit rock bottom and use the experience to pick up a delivery gig for Toyota Focusing on other side income avenues to supplement that job and giving my poor car a rest so it can enjoy a long life with me. But I at least know if I'm ever in need I can maybe turn the app on and try to make a few deliveries or rides still with confidence ✌🏻

I have noticed that the last 3 weeks have been sluggish, I’ve been very aggressive with watching the rider apps to avoid driver concentrations and to patrol the most active areas but still sluggish, recognizing that with a COVID modified stage 2 may be a factor. I have read about the term “throttling” so I am curious if that is a thing or not, in addition do you think it is possible that there may be too many drivers active (it always seems like I am surrounded).

I'm no long time hustler, but I had been doing this gig for about three months in Rhode Island I would say the past month was drastically less business than the first couple months I was doing it luckily I found myself a job and I can get to the point where if I ever want to turn on Uber again I can maybe just try and do a few deliveries if I have some spare time Otherwise I have other side income to compliment the full-time gig It was a fun hustle that got me through a rough time but it was just putting way too much miles on a car I want to save

@@adamdavis1737 ...I've been driving for almost 8 months and am retired so I am doing this to fund a semi-expensive hobby (ham radio) as to not negotiate with the wife to raid the retirement funds. Thanks for the feedback.

@@koroba01 lol fair enough I used it to get by as the Covid economy tanked my old business. I'm adapting though and already looking into new ventures. I just couldn't keep running those miles on my daily driver But I certainly know expensive hobbies I have a few myself
