As a person who has had to do it twice. IMO, renting a car is a total scam and lost for a driver. I'm using my own vehicle now, but I rented for a long period of time on two separate occasions.

ok i lost my car xmas eve so i have no way to buy a car right now c redit rating got wacked trying to get loans etc... basically i cannot survive on ssi only 990 month so i asked gent on phone can i do anything elese when not driving for you! YES he said ... so i found out i need insraumce when not working uber and want to get non owner insurance because no way will i risk driving without it. The cost thru hertz is insnane 1000$ a month so serach which company is lowest i have found state farm only $270 a month so 2 days go to imsurance and rental fee the rest are all money in my pocket. SO best times to do uber or any other thing is late nights like 9 pm till 3 am so esy to do food deliver from like 11 am till 8 take a beak then flip over to uber i know i can make like $300 plus in a day but i restricted to 1950 a month then again why not give up the $450 ssi and earn as much as want just for this year that all just t be able relax and o out with wife whatever

ok 1 thing about insurance when not working for uber you want non owner non registrered insurance because a whopping insane charge from hertz avis or enterprize will set you back almost $1000 a month and the cost of gas also say $90 per week and you only allowed to drive 6 hours eeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk you be working to pay the rental and that it maybe have 100$ a week for self so i asked berto om live call am i allowed to do other things when not working for you! YES anything to earn money is allowed like picking up lost luggage at airports or work for delivery of food and other stuff which i did when i had a car but i think becuse havent worked for them over 4 months might have to strt ll over gin any way i predict daily earnings 3 or 4 days a week like easy $450 and stay under 1950.00 a month

I am a musician/ artist-songwriter I've had over four or five corporate jobs making decent money, but I hated my soul going into work every single day and being in that corporate environment really killed a good part of my spirit. I almost walked away from doing music to conform and that's the reason why I want to go back and do Uber. I've been doing other gig work apps but it's just not cutting it and my current car is an SUV a gas guy's other. I love my baby but I'm going to rent an electric vehicle to try to earn double or triple what I was making at my previous corporate job which I know is possible without the worry of maintenance and super high gas costs thank you for the content that you create and if you ever need a theme song let me know 🎉

I got a 2014 ford edge sel in 2021. Drive it for personal and fulltime for uber/lyft. 6800 rides. When i got it. It had 24k miles now at 152k. 3yrs left on loan. So I'm good in the 15yr range for vehicle. I'm wondering if after my loan. Only doing rideshare. Getting a new car is difficult i heard? Options? Thinking electric or hybrid and bumping up to xl.
