I live in US and while I was listening to your first email reply I wanted to add Bullying is never an issue of the person who is targeted but the bully has personal insecurities that they are trying to project on others and only way to disarm a bully is to understand this and move away .This is what I told my kids so whenever they come across a bully they ignore and comeback laugh at them telling me Mama poor guy was trying to bully but we understand he or she has issues.

A piece of advice for the 28 year old guy who was bullied: Please make sure you resolve this rage within yourself otherwise your kids will have to fight this battle and they won't even know where this anger within them is coming from. I hope and pray you resolve this soon. InShaAllah.

Almost every other bloodline has a curse within their lineage that is passed on to one generation to the next and goes unresolved. Be it poverty, anger issues, cycle of divorces or whatsoever until one individual stands up and eliminates it by not passing it down to the future generations.

3 weeks without a Ask Ganjiswag episode. my eyes are painfully dry from the amount that i have already cried, i have no tears left to shed. i have not gotten an ounce of sleep, my body has collapsed past its usual function and i now must crawl everywhere i want to. i've had to result to wearing a diaper, and even sometimes while i crawl i just completely collapse on the ground. i have not eaten in weeks, my hearing is beginning to become muffled. everyone asks how i'm doing but my voice has been gone.

Since Uber has been acquired by Careem in Pakistan, I had a couple of such experiences with Careem captains in Karachi. They ask you to cancel the ride, and then pick you up and complete the ride, and take the payment. When you are in a hurry, you tend to not think too much about it and you just want to reach your destination ASAP.

Careem has been acquired by Uber not other way around. As for cancel ride issues, this is also present InDrive. I guess it's depend upon the person to person which ask for cancelation.

Canceling Uber/Careem etc. at Captain's request and still using the same ride is also a security issue .. as soon as you cancel the ride, you are not eligible to report any unfortunate incident regarding that driver or ride.

Yeah. You can never complain to the company if something bad happens. And your location most likely won't be tracked so never do that

I think on the Uber, what the email seems to say is that the problem is a bidirectional problem. His friend was able to cancel the ride when this happened because he was passenger. But the next Uber driver that his friend used told him that many customers do the same to Uber drivers and the drivers are not allowed to cancel the rides as per Uber policy. So I think his concern was for Uber drivers who are helpless against sexual exploitation by the passengers.

5:23 i feel you bro. i got bullied in school as well even though i graduated during lockdown i still get flashbacks and dreams of those people and those events. they moved on but it ruins my whole day everytime i’m reminded of them. worst part is i can still see their social media and they seem to be doing very well in life unlike me. so there’s obviously no such thing as karma.

I confirm the cab services do ask to cancel in Karachi as well and say the companies are exploiting them and fee is very high so we have to do it.

Such a good suggestion to bury thoughts of your past and convincing that man to bury those thoughts because this indicates that those people are governing him. I also learned a few things from this suggestion. This was not only for that guy, it was for all those people who were bullied or something just happened in the past which they are feeling hard to forget.

Forget about the 3D printed organ part. It’s in the territory of extremely deep tech. Better work on those apps where you can easily find the HR. You won’t even find a semiconductor engineer with cleanroom experience in Pakistan to work on 3D printed organs. Many research groups work on this area and there tons of papers published, although it will be behind the paywall if you are not associated with a good university. People do PhD on small subset of this idea, let alone the clinical trials and FDA approval that would take millions and years.

@@unculturedmeat access to software has democratized the field so much that people assume all tech are easily exploitable with a few lines of code. That’s why you don’t see much innovation in deep tech. The entry barrier is so high. As a semiconductor researcher I can tell, it takes millions and years just for basic prototyping even if you have access to all the tools and have the expertise to use them: 1) COMSOL (the license is probably $100k): Used for any multiphysics environment modeling 2) Solidworks (licence is >$10k/year): Used for 3D modeling. 3) Cadence toolkits (license >$100k/year for every seat): industry standard for chip design and layouting. 4) Cleanroom expenses (Pakistan has no cleanroom): You need training and expertise on each tool and it costs on hourly basis. There are tons of other tools and expertise that Pakistan will hardly have. Most of these people will be in abroad.

Bruh, 3d printing is done in Pakistan....Pakistanis overseas in US do seminars here for transfer of 3d print technology.....and ofc the tools and software are also brought from abroad... although i am afraid that we still don't have the technology to built it ourselves

@@legendaryhound5261 3D printing of organs are far more complex than you can think of. Most 3D printing materials are non-conductive whereas in an organ you need conductive channels for sure. Very few companies in the world can do conductive material 3D printing. Xometry, a company based in US can get to resolution in few millimeters whereas in organ your conductive channels needs to be in sub-mm (micron) range. Currently no such technology exists. Ultimately you have to move to cleanroom and do a silicon based model. Even there, you are limited by several issues that would take me couple of pages to note down. The signal processing, the MEMS, the ASIC, the power management, insulation etc. required is beyond a layman’s understanding.

Let me give you an example. Many arduino nano’s boards have a temperature sensor made by our lab. It is one of the best temperature sensor in the market. It took 10 year’s R&D. Many people did their Ms, PhD and now it’s in the market.

I humbly disagree with some parts of first answer. It is mostly because he was in a School. Schools are this way throughout the world because kids don't know better (not saying they shouldn't, just saying they are this way). I study in a university with a lot of Egyptian/Indian/European classmates, bullying has never crossed my eyes because most people are mature by this age. This has more to do with being a kid in school, trying to fit in, rather than being Egyptian or anything. Most of the Muslim people I know will actually call you by "brother" not your name. Again, not because we are forming a muslim alliance or something it is just that people are more mature and know they should treat others with respect. Furthermore; being bullied is something that a lot of people go through and it helps if you can make peace with it as soon as you possibly can. It was them who did wrong, you are just the way you are supposed to be. Make peace with yourself and it will be easy to forget the bad experiences.

This "Ramzan" / "Ramadan", "Zuhur" / "Duhur", "Wuzu" / "Wudu" debacle is the result of Pakistanis looking at other countries to find its roots. It's a product of a time where we looked up to Arabs and deemed them the source of our culture, hence the pronunciation of these words to make it sound Arabic. I wonder what it'd be now that we deem Turkey, not Arabs, to be our abbu.

Ramadan/Dhuhr/Wudu are arabic words and closer to the correct pronunciation. That is why they are usually saying this way.

I'm Indian , I witnessed this( not experienced) so many times that they refer to indians as hindi and lower than them.......white people, europeas, Arabs, even Asians like South korea and Singaporeans have superiority complex over indians.........I don't care for muslims, as I hate religious labeling, infact I enjoy it as indian muslims subconsciously feel that they came from Arab turky etc....... but as indian I felt so much of anger and worst thing is unfortunately due to colonial mindset,we in India treat foreigners especially white ones like someone who is superior ( unless he's black African:) .........

Sir ji I believe Arabic version of pronunciation is correct.. URDU ko jis trah hum pronounce kertay hain us ma ز (Zay) ض (Zaad) walay alfaaz ma confusion hey .... ح (Hay) and ہ (Haa) ma bhee kuch yahi panga hey.... On the other hand if you listen arbic you can easily recognize letter from their pronunciation.

I was born in dubai i have lived in ksa and uae middle east all my life - dude in the first email there were Pakistani schools also you could have gone to and besides thaf why don't u speak urdu??your parents didnt speak at home??u lived in ksa where there are many urdu speakers out there for you not to have an accent my kids are born there too they too speak urdu their first language was never English despite studying in American schools! And im sorry but u found some bad apples but to extent many arabs and Egyptians from school are still my friends to this day.

This life is a test and we're all tested differently. The believers who suffer in this life get rewarded in the next. "So, surely with hardship comes ease." (Quran 94:5) "Surely with ˹that˺ hardship comes ˹more˺ ease." (Quran 94:6). Tough times never last. "We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. And it is they who are ˹rightly˺ guided." - (Quran 2:155-157) “Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: “We believe,” and will not be tested?” (Qur’an, 29:2) The Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) said, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that." - Sahih al-Bukhari 5641, 5642. Suffering is also a form of cleansing of sins. If Allah wants good for someone and if he wants to ease their burden on the day of judgement by taking away sins, a day where all of our deeds (good and bad) are presented to us and a day so terrifying that we'd all be worried about ourselves, then he'll make that person go through some suffering either in this life (any type of suffering i.e. mental, physical, financial etc etc ) or the next life (spending a bit of time in hell before entering heaven)
