Thanks to Vert the man behind the super easy marlin build for SKR, github.com/vertabreak, I've made a simple 3 step cusomt setup for UBL. Have fun!

Thanks for the videos Chris. Used yours to set up my SKR. Any chance you could post the settings and set up for the UBL? Have mine installed and all it wants to do is probe the same spot repeatedly. It homes fine. It does the auto align fine. Just will not do anything for UBL. I'm using the SKR1.4 turbo with the 2209's, no sensorless homing, and the probe is a capacitive probe. I am sure it is a setting issue, but damned if I can figure it out.

Does the pinda utilize the temperature table in marlin 2.0.5? or you don't need temp compensation anymore?

Just setup UBL I was wondering if I could have your code for the custom menu just the menu definitions it would save me a bunch of time THANX MITCH If I had a son he would be a son of a Mitch

Hi Chris. I like to see the print quality difference stock prusa vs 32bit prusa. Do you have pictures or videos up showing this?

BlueprintDK there are a bunch or amazing beta testers in this project. They will be sharing their results as to not have any bias in the presentation. I can say a lot of the issues with prusa quality is handled much better like vertical banding, ringing, and even a bit of the uneven layering is improved but that’s on my 5 machines. Not enough to get a good sample yet.

@@Mr3DPrintWizard love my prusas.. but I use my modded Ender's direct drive with skr boards / 2209 for the finer detailed prints.. if I can get the same smooth layers from the prusa's, then I believe THIS is the way.. thanks for the crazy fast reply. Cheers Michael

@@Mr3DPrintWizard at what line width are you testing? Prusa slicer stock is set to 0.45 and going down to stock Cura setting 0.4 really don't look good on stock Prusa.. my printers that uses 32bit 2209 drivers all uses Cura at line width 0.4 and come out really smooth

I hope more people dig into those BIQU screens they are so far i know fully open-source, code wise. you can customize a lot and have seen a lot from active members but they need to be more. There is another brand that makes Nixtion? Nextion? screens but they got software so you can make easily a fully graphical touch screens just with dragging images and linking them to specific commands/options/menus' but i think BIQU (Big Tree Tech) is a MAYOR player in the 3d printing scene but i noticed not many people like touch screens...

What are the 2nd and 3rd UBL slots for?

So you can save other printers sheets. Say you have removable beds and one is buildtak the other pei and another that is garolite. You can store each sheet.

I bought a used prusa bear last week, but i cant seem to level it. Does the sequence still go like this? In my interface there are 5 meshes available, and step 1 and 2 are replaced with 2 and 3 (i assume those are the same functions). Towards my right Z stepper the level is consistantly too close, and close to the other stepper motor its too high. Seems to be a x-dimensional problem. The guy i bought i from said i should auto-z-allign it which maded sense, but that didnt work...

I know this is an older video, I used your guide to install my SKR board. I still can not get the UBL to work. It will only move to one spot and repeatedly probe the same spot. I am sure it is a value issue...but be damned if I can find it. Any thoughts as what I can try?

dont get it. when printer thinks its zero it should be zero, not 0.2 next print it will start from 0.2+first_layer_high
