I truly admire your carving - especially those fine details like the waist band with its tassels. These carvings remind me greatly and strongly of the monks statues at the monastery of Marienthal in Germany. The monks there wear brown habits. I love to go,there. The guardian always is glad to see me. And the services in the chapel of St Mary are always very special.
