Instead of super glue, baking powder and re-drill try this, it made my car feel 10x straighter and more quality feel: cut soda can metal with scissors to wrap around the shoulder of that shouldered loose screw. It can only wrap around 90% to keep from interfering and make sure it is not too tall for the hole. Before you form the aluminum sheet to the screw shoulder, be sure to repeatedly roll it over with a socket to lower the lip left by the scissors. Wrap the screws smooth shouldered threadless part with the shim. Double check that it won't interfere once installed. Wrap screw and roll in your fingers until the slit cylinder shim fits perfectly in the screws hole. Install shim into hole then begin to thread the screw in through the center of it. Double check that as the screw goes in, it goes in smoothly and doesn't crush the shim around it.
