For some reason in my level blueprint the cast to the build save always fails and nothing get loaded

Can you explain a bit more why this would not work on a dedicated server? I have been googling and it seems that you should be able to use the Save Slot and that stuff for dedicated servers as well - I couldnt find a step by step tutorial for it though

Just a thought , but much like a action mapping should technically be done in a player controller, wouldn't a save game function have to be stored in something that lives on the server like a game mode or game state and then stored by player controller id , or player name Or the actual level blueprint I guess my thought would be it should live on the server and not on the player The level blueprint for the servers spawned level would be the server running on the server with the game mode living in the same place ,player controllers get spawned on the server and character, along with some other things My guess would be figuring out the difference between what is spawning backend on a server compared to a single player or client I believe the hierarchy between them and how things spawn is a bit different between the 2 or 3 play modes And gets more complicated if you have say 2 player split screen or something
