I'll be helping you on how to get out the UEFI screen loop and restore the partition on your surface pro 3-7 but the older version may look deferent but I'm using surface pro 6 so if you have the same one it will look the same and you can see I'm having the same issue thanks for watching please like and subscribe

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have spent weeks trying to recover a surface laptop 3 that was stuck restarting over and over after doing a factory reset... I had read so much and watched so many videos but nothing, almost lost all hope and after following your steps it finally worked!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Worked perfect thanks so much! Very straight forward. Do not try to use a USB or external hard drive that has stuff on it. Clean USB works perfect. I used 16GB.

I need to do this for my surface pro x but no other pc or laptop would this work if I used an android device or iPhone do download windows to and transfer to usb from there

I did this and it worked but when I turn off my SB2 and turn it back on again it goes back to the UEFI screen... The only way it boots up is if I hold down the volume down button. Any way to fix this?? I tried to change the boot order and it does the same thing..

hello, i tried to fully celan the drive but it immediately says that PC cannot be reset.. any thing you can help?

I was stuck on bitlocker and by trying to bypass it I watched another video on KZfaq which made me use command prompt to clean my hard disk, now I’m stuck in UEFI hope this method will help me ??? Using a surface pro (5th gen 2017 )
