this is a lesson in not going with you assumptions and just totally believing youre 100% correct...... the bmw could have come out of a drive.... was a pretty long coned off area.....just a though i could however be wrong and he could of ran a red light but also the lights could have been set up on the timer poorly

@@culturevulturepapi8948 if you watch it again, if the cammer went on green the BMW (and the car in front of it) almost certainly will have gone through on red - the first car probably because they were turning off. Not sure I need a lesson on assumptions or thinking I’m 100% right

Hell even from the insurer's perspective it's questionable, the car's emerge was terrible but it could be argued the mini-roundabout was a separate event and the van driver was waaaaaay too close. Terrible driving all round, but not entirely surprising since some of the earlier clips also showed signs of the cammer being an impatient driver.

White Fiat pulls out in front of driver then with no indication attempts a U-Turn driver with dash cam was driving within the speed limit driving a fully loaded 3.5 ton van no time to brake or avoid the other vehicle

@@ProDriverUK Absolute bullshit! Cam driver could easily have applied the brakes but decided not to because they were clearly annoyed the fiat pulled out

@@JackTINYballs the brakes where being applied gradually and expecting other driver to pull away to the left then they suddenly turned right

@@ProDriverUK Crap driving by the white car granted, but the driver in the vehicle behind should not think, presume or expect that the vehicle in front is going to go left. Keep more distance is a wiser choice.

@@MrDemontrigger Exactly this! Also, using the roundabout correctly and not driving over it would have avoided this.
