Chicken Tikka Masala was once the UK's favourite dish and the most ordered from the Bir Indian Takeaway. While that may not now be the case this still remains a fantastic all round curry. 2 Cardamom Pods
1.5 Tsp Al's Mix Powder (Link above)
0.5 Tsp Garam Masala
0.5 Kashmiri Chilli powder
0.5 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste mixed with water
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
2-3 Tbsp Sugar (Start with 2 and add another if needed. I like super sweet so use 3
3 Tbsp Coconut milk Powder (NOT flour, dessicated, block or milk)
50-75ml Single cream
Fresh Coriander to garnish.
