If you don't get it you can't work in the UK. Do some specialization/professional certification and get some work experience which can build your chances of getting a sponsorhip job (skilled worker VISA). if you're on this VISA for 6+ years you will be get permanent citizenship (Settlement). The most important thing is to build your contacts with company HR's or people who are already in those jobs.
