Ukraine is objectively on the losing side right now. It's questionable how long it will take to come out of that. That is, IF they come out of that. I hope for peace talks soon rather than a war they can't realistically end soon. But there is no effort in that direction. Ukraine has a decrete signed that they won't negotiate with Russia. Alright. Probably not wise or the best for the civilians though.

Volchansk is 10 km from the border with the Russian Federation. The US and the West prohibited shelling Russian forces on Russian territory. We could not stop the accumulation of military forces and shelling.
