This surely looks like something I want, though I'll also say I wish for more lol. I would love to see an image fully focused on ALL possible fighting games AND Beat'em UP games that can be compiled and that also includes Console ports.

Great fighting games in 1. Glad that Capcom vs SNK2 works. I am also hoping for a combination of (fighting , beat them up, shoot them up) all in 1. LOL

Not sure about shoot em up's but all Fighting Games and Beat'emup that can be compiled including console ports image would be exactly what I wish to find.

Thanks for this video, i wanted to ask does this work on 2GB model ? because the rom for w.e reason says 4GB only. (after researching about the game it kind of makes no sense since ram doesn't actually play a role on this emulation performance)

I am getting this installed in a mod arcade1up marvel vs capcom 2 cabinet because of the volume of games my kids can play. However marvel vs capcom 2 is my favorite game of all time to play so knowing this Pi plays it is great. I really hope it's great game play and not shit or I will have regrets not hooking up the arcade1up version. No going back, Pi was already bought

Bro this is sick. I’ve never used a raspberry pi, and was thinking of getting the new raspberry pi5. I’m a fighting game junky. Street fighter, mvc1,2,3 marvel vs street fighter, cvs2, kof, mortal Kombat the older classic games. Do you know if you could put this on the new raspberry pi 5? Anyone? One game I didn’t notice was X-men CODA? Was Children of the Atom not on here? 😢

on 0:35 you can hear him saying he uses the 2GB model too, i don't think there is a reason for this to not work on 2GB.

This looks amazing, I love this old skool stuff, I went in arcade punks and tried downloading the torrent but it’s downloading so slow it says like 2 years 75 days remaining 😂😂😂 can anyone possibly gimme some advice or point me in the right direction as I really want this .

Nevermind it was killer instinct man. I used to hear that theme song playing at the bowling alley all the time I used to take lane 15 which was close to the arcade area and bar. Nothing like some bowling and a few beers man. I miss bowling man and I miss the 90s.. good times

There's something about the image that doesn't work. On the raspberry pi 4 4gb it doesn't really work. They should do a check to see if it needs an update. In all the places where they talk about this image, I have been able to read that it does not work for anyone. According to the KZfaq video you can see that it is a good job and that a unique image like this cannot be used.

the Image doesnt seem to work for me. Tells me my software is out of date. Anyone know a fix or whatsup? Seen some others with similar problems. on a brand new Pi 4 4gb. Imaged with both echter and Pi's own imaging tool.

As of May 2024, I got the image to work on my Raspberry Pi 4 - 4 GB. It took me forever to figure out (about a week of troubleshooting), but no lie, I have it working. If people are still interested in this older image working now, I can try to put some detailed instructions up

too bad it doesnt work with pi 4 8gb keeps telling me my board needs updated software which actually pisses me off cause so few keep console games of their images. This one is ideal for what im building right now.

You might not have the prerequisites installed, go install the files in the not working folder
