I haven't been motivated since my dad passed away 2 months ago and I took care of him for 3 years when I had him move in with me since my mom went into a nursing home. Watching this video is giving me a little push to start organizing and cleaning one room at a time so thanks for the inspiration ❤️

That free Tupperware from the lunch meat and Chinese food is what I put at the end of the buffet table at family gatherings. I have a huge Irish family our gatherings are regularly 60-80 people depending on who brings kids and if neighbors are invited. I put them out for people to take home leftovers and then they don't need to worry about bringing my containers back. All of us ladies have a basket and the free Tupperware just makes the rounds.

I always love watching you clean and how good you clean getting every little inch everywhere! I remember back a couple of years ago when you first found out your Mom told you she still uses the pink Pineallen cleaner from when you were younger. I went out that next day and ended up finding it at my local dollar tree and girl that is my favorite cleaner for almost everything! Here lately especially since covid hit it's hard for me to find. It's like the store sells out of it as soon as they put it on the shelf!

thanks for the motivation, it is so hot and humid here in summer, so i dont do much cleaning in summer, i deep cleaned part of my house in september, but then my husband i got covid and were sick for 2 weeks, and then i was busy with halloween festivals and parties so i am just now getting back into the house deep clean. Hey, you look great for having a newborn. ❤ A little tip I can give is to get a robot vacuum/mopping robot. I too have pets and my pet peeve is dirty floors I love walking without shoes in my home and I can’t stand anything on my feet. You can set it up to how many days you want a week and time etc. Truly has saved me so much time and stress during the in between days that my cleaning lady doesn’t come. You’ll love it.

Totally agree about the plastic cups!!! I used to get the 50 cent cups plates and bowls at Wal-Mart but they hold all the grease. I invested in a set of corelle bowls and plates so they don't hold grease, they dont break, and still look nice!

I just deep cleaned my kitchen as well!! I also just bought a silicone oven liner for the bottom of the oven and if anything drips it catches it and u just pull it out wash and your good to go!!

Girl my pets shed like crazy too and I got myself a robot vacuum off of Amazon it saved my life!!! I got one that said it was good for pet hair, and let it run around my house once or twice a day. Every time I empty it, it is absolutely full of pet hair as well as leaves and other mess and I am so glad that I didn’t have to go around sweeping it up. Mine even has a timer so I can set it to go off each morning or night. Hope baby Evan is doing so well!!!

I agree with you about keeping the kitchen super clean, especially deep clean before holidays while you have guests coming. No one wants to eat what you cooked if the kitchen is dirty ~ drawers with crumbs in them, pet hair all over the place or dirty sink. Thanks for the motivation ! I love Thanksgiving and am getting things ready like you said, little by little. 😀

I use the yellow bottle of scrub free oven cleaner they have at dollar tree. I just let that sit while I'm cleaning the rest of the kitchen. By the time you get done with the rest of the kitchen, the cleaners done it's job and about all you have to do is wipe it up. You don't even have to scrub that much. If I do need to scrub, steel wool and a scraper takes everything off pretty quickly. Hopefully that helps someone.

Wow you are pretty amazing back to back videos and you have a newborn and family to care for. I am totally into using purple lavender fabuloso that I dilute with half water in a spray bottle , I use this for my kitchen and both bathrooms. Once a week I use an extended swiffer to do my fan in the kitchen, I wipe my kitchen counter everyday but for some reason Saturday is a perfect day for me to tackle what you are doing, and then I mop my wood floors with method almond Floor cleaner my whole house smells so fresh. I love how you take care of your home, it's good to know there are others like me who take pride in being a mom, wife and housewife. All the best.

I have a bad habit of saving every sandwich meat container as well. I have two cabinets full of plastic containers, one day I need to go through them again.

Walmart does sell really pretty lace valances that you can put on that little window. I am not sure if they are sized right for it, but it's worth a try. I haven't wiped down my cabinets since before you even knew about baby Evan. 😆😆 Ok kidding, I think I did, but only like once or twice. 😐

I’m catching up on your videos! But did you know you can easily pop off the oven door to access it better for cleaning? I discovered that a couple years ago. I’m pretty sure all ovens have this feature but check your specific brand and you can easily check to see if you can on yours! You look awesome and congrats on baby Evan!!

I have used the pinalen ever since you told us about it. The smell lasts for days. Fyi it does not a disinfectant like the regular pinesol so I add a touch of bleach. I can't wait to try the pledge . Needed this motivation.

Wait I love a great declutter and I never see you do this! I just went through a bunch of “junk drawers” and trying to figure out how to organize a bunch of things for my handbag especially (like little hand sanitizers, tissue packet things, chap sticks, little lotions, etc) I would love to see how you organize little items without homes!

If you haven’t made something like this already- I would love to hear your explanation on things to keep or things to donate. How you avoid clutter and hanging on to a bunch of items. In a smaller home, it seems like you do such a good job with not hoarding a bunch of stuff. A lot of people like to collect things. Do you have a rule for yourself when it comes to this? I managed to finally get a little scrub brush like the one you had before. I live in UK and I finally tracked one down in a camping shop, they didn't have them anywhere that sold kitchen items! Your cleaning videos always motivate me to do housework.

I save the lunch meat container too. I send my husband's sandwiches to work in them, that way if he throws it away by accident it is not a big deal or an expensive container that I lost.

I also took my burner off and then lifted the stove part up it has a metal piece that holds it up to clean but now I have the glass top stove so I don’t have to do it anymore.

I live a mobile home too and I hate that the cupboards are hanging off the ceiling !!! I'm 5'1" and totally emptied them bc I cannot even see up there into them.......Like they are a dark cave .....LOL !!!!!! I put everything into cubicle shelves on the floor and a moveable pantry So I can see exactly every thing I have or not :)

Ugg, I need to clean out our storage room, not looking forward to it. Need to start packing things to move.
