In this video we walk you thru a private car collection hidden in the woods. I was told that there are 4000 vehicles hidden on this property. How many can we save? There is a little bit of everything in this collection from Chevy, Dodge, Ford, Japanese, and European cars. Vehicles from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. It is really incredible the amount of cars and trucks that we got to see there. I hope you like it.

In 1 year time I could save probably 60% or better of those cars and trucks. There seems to be enough donors in there. Get them ready for someone else to restore maybe get some running. Just need Forklift that will drive on that ground. Chainsaw, Common tools a dumpster and Lots of cases of Wasp spray. I'd be willing to do it too. Just split the money of what gets sold. I've done this before with a junk yard that shut down in 79 So you can imagine what kinda cars were in there. There was around 3k. Took a year then too. The owner was able to make more money that way.

Back when I was 7-8, and my grandpa was still around, he showed me this beautiful studebaker wagon he had had for almost 30 years at this point. He was the one who got me into cars at all when I was little, and I haven’t seen another wagon in that good of shape since! Tons of great memories sitting inside of it, talking to grandpa, and wishing I could drive it around. Thanks for showing the trip through that yard!

This was an amazing find. I grew up in the Detroit area, so even though I don’t know too much mechanically about cars, I can I.D. quite a few. I saw one Citation and one Beretta. It’s nice to see a young guy like you appreciating station wagons. I’ve always loved them myself, my folks had a fully loaded 1974 Country Squire. My mom hated it SO much, after a few years my dad granted her wish of buying a new 77 Cougar. I wish I still had it because it was the rare 4 door Cougar Brougham. Also for 77, the HIGHLY rare Cougar wagon, a one year release that you can’t find easily today. If there was a Corvair wagon, I would hope you would have gotten that as well. Good luck with your project, I hope you can restore it in my lifetime. We’ll probably only be able to buy one more wagon ourselves. We always buy used, currently driving a 2018 VW Alltrack. It’s the finest wagon we’ve ever had. Perhaps our next one will be a Volvo.

I had a 68 type 3 VW wagon once. The early ones were cool because the back end slanted forward more than the 70s. They had a computer like thing in the left rear fender well, we called the brain box made by Bosch. When the box would go bad, you couldn't find a replacement. Many of them got converted back to regular carb systems. It was noticeably faster than the old regular 40hp. It was really fun car to tinker with.

I bought one for $700 when I was 15, Dad and I restored the Engine (Slant 6) and My Grandpa (who reupholstered school buses) Helped me Go through the interior. Worked out a deal with a local Painter and got it Painted Glossy Black for just the cost of Paint after a few side jobs he needed help with and if I done the Body work (With his guidance). Put Progressive Directional Rims and Uniroyal Tiger Paws on the Ground. It was a Running Dude. Miss that one.

I'd almost pay just to walk through there and look at all the old stuff. Its amazing that there are still places like this all over America that are just hiding away classic cars. Shame that most of them are left to rot like this. My Dad did this to me with the truck he gave me in highschool. He let it sit and rot for 20 years and refused to let me do something with it. Finally got it back from him last fall and me and my three boys are getting it road worthy again. Would love to have that 80-86 f series wrecker.

Man; that red 67 Galaxie looked sweet. I'd love to get that and that Galaxie wagon. Living here in Nava Scotia, Canada you never come across old iron like those anymore and if you do they are so rusted out you can't do a thing with it. My Parents bought a 67 Galaxie two door with a 390 brand new back in 67 grabber blue with a white top that car would lay rubber for as long as you kept your foot into it. Love what your doing keep it up and I'll keep watching.

@@bigworm6200 Your comments kinda dumb, just because this guy cant afford to buy them all doesnt mean the hoarder saved those cars, sure he saved a few that were sold last minute but all the ones that got crushed he only prolonged their death since either way they ended up crushed whether that was 40 years ago or now... id be willing to bet that he was the type of guy to say they aint for sale whenever someone wanted to buy one thus them ending up rotting to their death which is mostly always the case with these hoarders, infact there are three guys near my town just like that, hundreds and hundreds of classic cars rotting in the woods but they refuse to ever sell any, they aint saving them they are infact killing them by never selling any since like it or not the reality is they will never get around to restoring them all and when they die their family basically always ends up scrapping everything.
