Mine came without the On/Off switch on the transmitter.. (Was kind of a bummer) Even though, it works fine for at least 3 years now.

No, but it runs on just regular batteries, so you can have spares

If this is on R/C frequency I wouldn’t use it! If there’s somebody using the same frequency it might go off Accidentally!
