I have the 6 quart for 10 years and have been so pleased with it. My mom's 40+ year old mixer still runs beautifully. Had no idea an 8 quart existed. So happy you have it! I know you will love it. Loved watching the bath bomb vid.

I'd love the bigger commercial size and in Red as well but I am afraid it would be far to expensive. I have no place to put it. It won't fit underneath our kitchen cabinets and I would require some kitchen renovations and that would be quite costly because once you start, you never stop! Tee Hee! Looks like you will be upping production quite a bit in the near future.

I've had the same KitchenAid mixer I purchased 40 years ago and it still works great. Love all the attachments too. You'll love this.

What a fantastic gift from Kitchenaid! They seem to be quite generous with their mixers and other machines as I've seen other KZfaqrs receiving them as well. My Kitchenaid isn't quite as big as your new one, but it is bigger than the Artisan. I love mine for baking and can hardly wait to make soapy things with it.

I have the same one, I ordered the paddle mixer with the rubber edges on both sides. OH how it mixes......Love it....congratulations. You sill enjoy this very much.

I saw someone using a plastic shower cap with a hole cut in it as a cover for their Kitchenaid in one of the Facebook groups. I thought that was a brilliant and cheap idea to keep the dust from going everywhere.

In Holly's book she puts borax into her basic bath bomb and some of her other recipes....I know it's just a water softnener, it's even contained in most of our clothes detergents....Do you use it in your recipes? Just wondering because I ordered all ingredients needed with Holly's recipes including the borax but Ive just been leaving it out for now....Thank you Ariane....🐝
