Justin, for your big green egg I've figured out a trick. I assume you use a chimney starter for the lump coal. Take the rack out and once you get the chimney starter going put it inside the grill and close the lid. As the coals heat up the grill also heats. When they are cherry red use welding gloves to dump the coals and put the rack in.. It will get you cooking faster.

The Khaki campbell duck is an upright duck and have buff to medium brown body and rust color head. I raised the several years ago and they have an that has a larger yoke and have a richer taste than a chicken. I loved them.

You can crush the shells from old eggs and throw it in there food and the egg shells will grow thicker if they get thin

Take a look at the Green Mountain Grills WiFi. Have had mine for over a year. Love that thing. zero issues and get a smoke tube for that extra "deliciousness"

I have eaten Nigali and on the BBQ, it was great. If I recall, it was a very purple colored meat. Tasted pretty much like beef.

Love the mounts and hope the Chickens are getting better! Emmy is getting so big won't be long before she's bringing home the boys to meet Dad? The deer meat looks awesome but for some reason my wife will not eat any meat that is still pink and diffidently not red inside! After cooking it until all the juices are gone she says it too tough. It sucks living with a picky eater!

Look in to the Looftlighter! It’s a heat gun on steroids, starts the grill so much faster!!! Get the looftlighter, not any of the knockoffs or BGE brand. Read the reviews. It almost starts the grill too fast. I used to light the grill and prep the meat, now I need to prep the meat and then light the grill.
