This is an unboxing video of the #Ryobi #oneplus Cordless Rotary Tool. I am very pleased with this and the various attachments that came with it. I am also looking forward to use this to fix some minor curb rash on the wheels of my #C200 and #VELAR.

This is a step up from my old set which was made of poor quality plastic and it kinda needs replacing. This kit is more stable and has loads of attachments. I find the power bank holder very useful especially during those extended recording sessions.

Oh thanks for the info Basigman. Was it the same wheel attachment I tried to use in the video? If so, maybe I was just being to cautious given that was really the first time I’ve ever used a rotary tool. But its good to know this tool can cut through bolts as you say. Thanks!

You should wear the safety glasses! You can see a video the guy using a bigger version and disk and the disk snapped and the piece flew right into his goggles. It missed his eye by less than half a centimeter. If it weren't for the goggles he would've lost his eye. Use them especially when cutting metal/hard materials with rotary cutting disks!

Hi Byte, Thanks for pointing that out and I fully agree with you. It was so noob of me to use it for the first time without safety googles on - I got carried away with excitement 😀. But since then whenever I use this rotary tool, I always wear something to protect my eye as I’m also now aware the danger it pose if I’m not wearing one.
