One of the standout points of this unboxing video is just how well thought out the packaging is! That suitcase is gorgeous and everything is packed efficiently inside. This is good for two reasons. 1) Should you have to send the machine back for repairs or upgrades and 2) Should you want to travel with your Decent it is easy to pack up and go. This attention to detail is important and I don't know anyone else in the espresso industry that has focused on packaging and portability to this degree. Great video. Loved the music too.

@@decentespresso I didn't just like the music, I loved the music. I will check out magnatune. I use Roon and Tidal right now. I love it, though MQA is not all that it is cracked up to be.

Hi, I'm convinced that your software driven approach is the future of espresso machines. It has the potential to deliver better coffee while also allowing the espresso enthusiasts to continue to experiment. However, the price is well above what most home baristas are willing to spend. I would like to challenge you to make a simpler model in the $1000-1500 range, That would really revolutionise the home espresso market. Best, Daniel

Have you seen the specs and abilities of this machine? Nothing in its price range compares to it. This basically is lab equipment. Machines in the rage between 1000-1500 usually don’t have any control and software. I think the compromise would be a bad one, reducing functionality and quality would be necessary to achieve this price range. Then, a good heat exchanger would be the machine of choice.

Incredible machine and true art of making a perfect coffee. Only down side is it having an Android Tablet. Privacy on any Android is terrible. Decent should’ve built it with an iOS iPad.

@@decentespresso Sounds good, feels like an area for improvement for mine. Wish it was semi-integrated like my Breville Dual Boiler's design, slides into an enclosed space with the ability to refill from the top.
