Hi Kevin. Great info. One point to note is that one for one missed payment it is usually possible to get this removed from a credit file by the lender by way of a complaint to the lender. During my course of 20 years in complaints at a lender we often removed one missed payment as a gesture of goodwill. This maybe of use to your viewers.

good point Jeff, asking for a gesture of goodwill never hurts. Depends on the specific lenders how amenable they are, it will no doubt work some of the time.

Just refused, on buy to let using a Company ltd i set up? Wanted my income from other pt self employed biz, tho i had deposit 25%, said i may move in buy2let?

The key here is, I think, "said I may move into the buy2let" Paul. This could be either - a) you don't own any property at all right now b) the buy2let that you want to buy is a bigger property than the one you live in currently Does either of the above describe your circumstances?
