Bodybuilding legend Kenneth "Flex" Wheeler (August 23, 1965; Fresno, CA), once described by Arnold Schwarzenegger as one of the greatest bodybuilders he had ever seen, taking a stroll at Santa Monica Beach with his beautiful wife Madeline back in 1996.

Actually, new prosthetics legs are so advanced that people can not just walk but run normally, and you can't even notice difference

Just watching the sheer range of feelings and emotions people experience staring at this man is a spectacle. From shock, fear, awe, disbelief, lust, jealousy, envy, anger, sadness, confusion, eagerness. He’s clearly an entity to behold.

Not big like that but muscles indicate good health and protection in a woman's eye. It's their natural instinct to be more attracted to that rather than personality.

On the one hand it is cool that you carry your results with you 24/7 and don´t have to brag about how good you are. On the other hand you will always be perceived as the guy with muscles which can be annoying at times.

I said back in the 90s, bodybuilding is like a uniform you don't take off. People know what you do just by looking at you. That's what was cool about it back then, when only a few were doing it. While bodybuilding isn't really mainstream, it is out there alot more now with social media and there are way more people working out than ever before. For me, it was cooler when it was almost an underground culture.

@@Flexb123 yeah, i started 15 years ago. Just before the fitness hype. It sucks because people assume that i am just another guy who hopped on the fitness hype train. It is the same with many other things or clothes. The moment every other guy does it, it can´t be cool anymore. Also the gyms used to be so nice and empty with only a few guys who knew each other. Now it is like a fuckin supermarket.

My favorite 1990s bodybuilder. Beautiful physique, full proportioned muscles with small joints and tiny waist. Incredible poser also. Rough times for Flex, and wish him the best.

He's not that big to be honest. He was aesthetic. Just 1,75m tall and not a mass monster by any measure. I prefer the new Classic Physique class so I think he looks tremendous here, but he ain't blocking no sun.

For a short time from 1982 to 1983, I experienced this kind of attention. I was an all state swimmer in high school and then I became a bodybuilder. The combination worked very well.

Flex still even at that day of age talks very calmly and professional and not some tuff guy that things theyvare huge and be afraid of me..he's very polite..its a shame that he ha s that kidney problem and he lostvhis leg..its devastating..I can relate because I used to love working out and my back is literally shot and I'm in pain every minute of day and that was takin from me..I'm not assure if he's in physical pain but mentally he Mayne but he still seems to keep a positive attitude even with disabilitie

People seemed confused when they see him and it's probably due to the how is he even real factor that has all the people completely perplexed. I know he was on PEDs; you have to be to compete is BB. But he was an immense natural talent. His genes meant his morphology and response to PEDs was incredible, and he always stayed in shape out of comp easily because of his natural talent

In my opinion, Flex in his prime had a better physique than Phil Heath. It's terrible that he had his leg amputated and is now hospitalised again for health reasons. Can't wait for him get back up and stay strong as he always has been! He's a good guy
