Way to go Cayden!! Those lanky guys were almost difficult for me, because their limbs are everywhere. 😂 Switching up your gameplan and wrapping up both legs with that double at the end was clutch and shows how much mat wisdom you have now. Then to get that turn at the end-that was awesome mental toughness! Your conditioning is great right now. You’re looking great out there!

Awesome match Cayden....My son got into wrestling this year as a Freshman and was instantly put on the Varsity Team....I'm so addicted to this sport! I love everything about it. Appreciate your videos....If you have 1 Move that you would highly encourage a Beginning Wrestler to perfect I would love to see it.

Firemans its a takedown with back points. Obviously you need everything but feet to back with almost no risk to offensive wrestler if it doesn't work you can always back out.

This is so interesting, would have been really interesting to know him 40 years ago. Wrestling style very similar really brings back some great memories and Lost opportunities. Keep pushing & dig a little deeper to push yourself to that next level so when the time comes you know you’ve left it all on the mat & then enjoy the next generation! I would really love the opportunity to spend the day rolling around, going through different moves and really around seeing different set ups and counters. Perhaps in the next life, enjoy the time!⚡️👍🙏

Nice dub!! With that low single try to push the opposite leg away once you step over or off ur head when splitting the middle. As a lanky wrestler myself I defend alot like ur opponet and that's the kryptonite to that funky defense once you step over a leg! Way to stay tough, you wanted it more!
