I'm 64 years old. Wrestled in HS at in a decent program, never wrestled in any club or youth program. I was good- not great, did win my Conference Championship but I could have been so much better. I didn't know why then but I do now- I used to wrestle not to lose when confronted with a tough match. I've got no one to blame but myself.

I’ve been out of wrestling since 2015 when I graduated highschool quit my senior year regretted it but since watching your videos I got into coaching a nearby highschool that didn’t have such a great program and only 7 wrestlers we were able to make some tournament champions this year aiming to get some guys hopefully down state next year

Love the self awareness on the pressure you put on yourself to put on a good show for your fans. Shit I wish I had a mindset coach 😂 for real tho - I believe this level of introspection on your mindset will be an huge asset to your success in the future. 125 - that was some Falcons-Patriots 2017 Super Bowl level come back for Shane right there. 133 - Matthew Chi's go-behinds are the real deal; don't shoot on him unless you plan to finish. 141 - Although i agree yoi could have wrestled more aggressively, give yourself some credit - you beat a ranked guy who I can tell is one of those scrappy kids that is hard to keep down and will keep it close. 149 - Jalen's win over the #2 wrestler shows how talented his is. He's my dark horse to make the finals in March. 157 - great win for Ben! 165 - Brady's talent is undeniable, but sticking to basics instead of the flashy granby stuff will lead him to more wins in the future. 174 - Brody will bounce back from a subpar match. 184 - Reece keeping the score close per usual, but maintaining control the entire match. 197 - No commentary on this weight class. 285 - Ray secured a nice win. The team's passion and support for each other are evident. You are a major piece to that puzzle Cayden. let's finish the season strong! Let’s go!
