I’m remember once in like sixth grade me and a few of my friends went up to a random eighth grade girl and told her that she was really pretty she was so sweet and said “aw thank you, you guys just made my day”. and a year ago she found out that 1 I wanted a guy in her grade who I’ve been friends with all my life to ask me to a school dance and 2 that I was being bullied and my girlie came in clutch she got me that date and when the girls were bullying me she came over and scared the actual shit out of them and said “remember 4 years ago when you and your friends came to me and told me how pretty I was? Well that stuck with me and y’all really made me feel good thank you for that” that’s when I realized how much compliments mean to people

You look so peaceful.’ Probably one of the best compliments I’ve had as an equestrian

One of my friends, she isn't bubbly but she's super positive. I absolutely love her ! Like everyday she will walk into the locker room before gym and be like "what are we doing today?" this is a quick tip for it anybody, tell somebody a compliment everyday. just one one person you have no clue the difference that it makes. you could compliment any of the things that Spencer just said or say something that you like about them that you notice and it'll make them feel so much better no matter where they are emotionally. I've had this happen to me a couple times and it changed my mood so fast because you can tell that someone is actually paying attention to you and wanting to let you know how beautiful and special you are.

YES the skin compliments are everything to me. as someone from the south where the standard is to be extremely tan, i’m extremely pale and cannot tan naturally. so when someone compliments me on my skin, or says like “you’re porcelain” or things like that, it makes me so happy. any and EVERY skin color is BEAUTIFUL. but it helps me accept my own lil papery self ♥️♥️

“You are really easy to talk to.” This is my favorite complement 🥰 I always want to have a good impression on others and I don’t have many friends but I can socialize well and a girl wrote this down in my yearbook and it felt amazing.
