From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesly and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

Seeing Dwight snap at Michael during the roast is one of the most satisfying moments on the show! In that moment Dwight had finally had enough of Michael calling him an idiot and rejecting his help when he is nothing but loyal and respectful and yet Michael constantly treats him like dirt and pushes him aside in favour of pleasing and getting attention from the “cool” people who cannot stand him!

The reason why Michael hated Toby so very much was never explained. There was lame conjecture that since he was HR he was part of corporate. That fall’s apart when he falls madly in love with Holly Flax, who works in HR too

Honestly, Paul Lieberstein did a great job in making you hate Toby. Every time Michael insulted Toby, I agreed. He, Kelly, and Gabe are my three least-favorite characters, with their actors doing so well that you wanted them dead.
