Have you ever felt like your brain is working against you? That's because it oftentimes is. The mammalian brain's function is your survival, that's why it's the wrong tool to use when your objective is success, fulfillment or happiness. Understanding how your brain works can help you become a little bit more strategic on how to go about getting what you REALLY want in life.

@@knutgrunwald7432 Exactly, but new age loves to teach that you created everything in your life. When you ask if children being raped at a very young age by their parents ifcthat is also their creation, then their is silence and no answers of course. Some have the nerve to say that you choose your family, it is victim blaming, forgive everyone, even murderers and rapist of your children. Because we are one. Yep, the nonsense show has to go on... the question is who would benefit from these kind of teachings? I think we all know.

I agree with you Tatiana. I believe that our major problem here is that we feel dwarfed by the problems, tough situations and difficulties we face, so sometimes when we disclose those problems to someone we trust, they may find a thousand solutions to that problem. The truth is that our minds perceive problems and difficulties as something greater than our ability to solve.

This is the exact teachings that all religions has been focusing on including Islam.. I am muslim and I will speak about my own interpretation for getting in touch with the GOD ( source energy). The daily five prayers in Islam that have been imposed by God are called " Salaah" which linguistically means "connection".. God is asking us everyday to pray (connect) with him if we want to be happier, succeed, fullfilled..etc. I just wanted to relate what you have said to what I know.. Thank you for great video and for sharing such valuable information for all humanity.

Hello from Sweden! I'm glad that I stumbled into this high quality content tonight, so that I was reminded of my plan to start meditate more often again. Fear of ... many things - the pandemic, Russia, climate change, inflation, energy crisis, losing my old parents - has resulted in a lost connection to the higher self. Thanks to you, I will NOW, directly after writing this, blow away the dust from my meditation stool and try to reconnect much enough to start making a plan of my own, aiming for peace of mind and a new, refreshing situation in the near future. I wish you all the best!

This saved/changed my daily life for sooo much better. I actually started doing this a few weeks back. If my thoughts go to saying you are not beautiful enough I kinda dodge that thought or slap it a way and say the opposite outloud. I do this with everything that says to me that I'm not good enough. And it has changed my attitude towards myself and others for the better and made me more confident in myself, made me feel better overall and given me a boost in my skills because I believe in me.

This video just popped into my recommendations and it is phenomenal. I've always suggested two approaches to people, who want to change their inner world. The first one is to change their self talk and their overall belief system and the second is to reconnect with your true self, the quiet observer behind all thoughts and emotions. When the both approaches are combined one truly becomes unshakable.

@bojidaratanasov1036
@bojidaratanasov1036 Жыл бұрын
@@veselka.koleva The first thing is to understand the truth that we are not our mind, thoughts and emotions, but rather a consciousness which sits behind all those things mentioned and observes them. All you have to do to reconnect to this place is to quiet the mind and your thoughts. You can start by just watching your thoughts and trying not to judge and think about them. Try to stop them for a little bit of a time. After a while and some practice this becomes your natural state, you stop to think and there is peace inside you. Also in this state when an emotion arises inside you, you just experience it in the present moment and it is not stuck inside you, so seconds after something bad happens, you will be perfectly okay. You can do this just by diving inside of you and practice stopping your thoughts, but I recommend two books, which are really helpful. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. Успех! 😁

@@veselka.koleva I look forward to hearing what Bojidar tells you. Because I would like more tips too. I believe that meditation is a must every day, even if it's just for 10 minutes initially. Also, I believe that abstaining from drugs/alcohol is also a must. If you have a drink or two twice a week that would probably be okay, but best to abstain completely for a long stretch of time if not forever. Alcohol and drugs, cannabis included, disconnect us from our true selves. Once you have these two things going, then get as much of the unnecessary "noise" that you have going on in your life, quieted down. Make sure you're spending some quality quiet time alone. All these things have helped me. Tatianna is correct in saying that we don't have to go find our higher self. It's already here. We just have to drop all the things in our lives that are obscuring it from us.

I’m sorry for your loss 🤍 I can relate more than you know. We only make those fears real by focussing on them. You’ll never be rid of fear, but you can train yourself to not let it control your life and emotions. For me, being aware of when that fear and anxiety (anxiety is simply fear) would come up and practicing letting it go was most helpful. Nobody likes to hear it, but it can be as simple as that. But it comes back, so it has to be a practice done on a moment to moment basis. I also just trust in God. That everything happened because there’s a bigger picture that I’m not seeing but God is good and it’s happening for me, not to me. When you fully trust in God then it allows you to be at peace with what happened and know that an even greater future awaits you. Baby dust to you ✨

Thank you for reminding me about the importance of connecting with the source of Life, what truly connects all humans. Through meditation we can achieve this state of mind where we just feel consciousness, and we see that all the problems that we had have a different perspective, you realize that the biggest thing in life is the Source of Energy, God or Source of Life.✨

I noticed a lot of people these days are gravitating more to “watching the bad thoughts pass until they run their course” rather than blocking them out altogether… Back then it was all about “blocking out those bad thoughts” but I guess they realized later on that “what you resist, persists…” Getting away from bad thoughts isn’t the way in life, it’s learning to “handle” them and work in harmony with them rather than avoid them completely…

c crowd out the bad thoughts by encouraging good thoughts so there is no room for them, if a negative thought comes counter it with a positive thought to neutralize it, if the thought is I SUCK then counter it with I AM A WINNER, or I WILL BE A WINNER if its too difficult to believe you already are one lol

There's always an objective when it comes to meditation, could be calming the mind from racing thoughts, inquiring about yourself, releasing emotions, it can be uncomfortable, it can feel like anything, the point is that you're working towards something that is within you.

It's not just that we didn't connect with our true selves, but more specifically we socialize one another to suppress it. Most collectively held notions of maturity are superficial, and really just comprise pressure to abandon the whole of ourselves. Recognizing this means we can choose instead to honor the natural expression of ourselves and one another.

Thank you Ms. James for your video and message. I simply want to first share my perspective before making a comment about the message: I think this program is not an inconsequential matter, for it bares the truth of our character and actions. Our environment helps structure how we perceive our reality, others, and the truth. We all are a product of our upbringing, but the freedom of choice comes in when we have the freedom to change or decide to change based on all we know to be true or can be the truth as a consequence so that less pain is presented in the world. Therefore, the truth, which is rooted in faith, religion, and perception, must be the basis of the free choice in order to make the best decision and for free will to have a lasting impact. Truth is important because it determines how we view the world and how it manifests and so shapes a person's development in life. And I believe that truth is founded in responsibility, the notion that a person's actions, words, and life matter but have fundamental and real consequences, and so by taking stock of our identity and influence we can learn and grow forthrightly. Leonardo Da Vinci said wisdom is the daughter of experience, and so we learn by experiencing life or the 'programs'. Life can be filled with suffering, despair, and darkness but there are lessons to be learned in everything and nothing teaches as effective and impactful as knowledge obtained from humility. There is just one truth, reality, and it may hurt because it exposes your flaws. This is the offensive aspect of truth and reality, which is hurtful and occasionally has a very strong impact. You are not everything you wish to be, but by carrying out a meaningful purpose responsibly, a person may conquer the darkness, and in a way, that is the higher self. Aristotle once said: "Infinity is the lack of limitations" (which is one definition of evil). A person should only accept responsibility within their limits since going beyond them might create nihilism and the breakdown of their mental and physical stability. So our mind is a conscious reality with certain limits and desires. I agree we have an animal brain but most importantly we have a human conscience a remarkable brain that has the capacity for self-control, growth, inventiveness, and emotional intelligence. And so I also agree with looking inwards into our consciences and testing our actions, thoughts, and ideas by thinking rationally and intuitively. My main concern is not how can I disassociate from my perceived reality but how can I contribute regardless of what magnitude so that the moment is not dreadful or infected with malevolence. Life happens, we all know the saying, there is a random element to life and the only way to overcome these limits is a meaningful pursuit in life, something that even if threatened by death the desire for accomplishment or revelation is greater than the fear of death or failure when a person is fully engage in life. And I had the question what if your life is a tragedy, then all I can say is carry your pain and responsibility even if you can barely stand doing something that you find meaningful, because love, happiness, and wealth always came with a cost, so in the end, if you fall you know you at least you gave it all. The most important duty in life is to dimmish suffering and pain or to support principles and pursue a meaningful truth that uplift, save, and unite people. And a quote as it were, what life teaches me is "Even if life keeps dealing you bad cards, play your hand as well as you can without malevolence and with the truth, responsibility and empathy so that in the end, if you truly had a difficult life, you at least, in the end, can have a noble death." We are all limited, finite beings but the ideals we leave behind are infinite and can last forever. And that is the higher person for me, not the actions of mortally but the strive to uphold immortal/ existential virtue founded in religion, beliefs, and the moral teachings of history. Thank you for your time. Please stay safe and take care.

The city life has such a energy that can be so overwhelming at times and not allow you to be completely in tune with your body, at least for me. Meditating has come so much more natural because I can actually hear my own thoughts with out so much distraction that used to get me out touch with alot of things going on in my life. Almost like in a sedative yet anxious state. Most are just making money to support this false sense of Security and Convenience yet no one really knows what it's like to live anymore.

Dear Tatiana Thank you so much, this was amazing and I’m going to try it, I’m trying to reset my mind after years of an abusive marriage and finally divorce, what you explained really resonates with me and makes sense, it’s true that therapy helps but most of the work has to be done by ourselves in the end, on a daily basis, it’s been two and a half years since my separation, I have done forgiveness for myself so that my soul can be at peace and I really feel so much more empowered to take control of my life. Thank you again, I will certainly try it. God’s blessings.🙏🌹

Thank you for the video Tatiana! You inspire me to live as who i truly am. Recently, I´ve noticed few shocking facts about myself and people in my life while i was meditating. I´m shocked and felt bad not knowing those things for a long time but i noticed that i was just programmed so many negativities and was trapped in it. I decided to live my own life instead of pleasing people to love me.

I'm glad you mentioned ego death. Alot of people don't realise this, but ego death is probably if not the best things that can happen to your mind. It not only helps open it further but it also deconditions it from prejudice. Before clicking on this video, I said to myself " Oh just another attractive previlege white female on a social platform who is going to get clicks because of her looks and prob wouldn't provide any further value to me/what I already know", but then I realised I was speaking from a point of bitterness caused by my ego rejecting the thought of a woman giving me tips on conditioning my mind and worse still an attractive woman whom according to my assumptions would have had it easy in life. That you just read was me 2 mins before I clicked this video and as someone who tries to spread positive thinking and encourages safe enviroments/society, that was pretty shameful of me. Clicking the video was a big step of many already taken in my ego death process. It is not usually instant and you will experience moments of rebellion when your ego would want to prove itself but I urge you to always challenge it. Thanks for this video, no information is valueless even hearing it 1000 times cause reminder is like practice, it sticks due to repitition. Because of the primary advantage of willingness to accept failure as a stage in growth and be open for correction and enlightenment, Ego death will open doors to places your ego wouldn't.

Thank you first and foremost for this sensational and informative video content . It came on time for me personally as i have been struggling for almost 5 years from resistance and denial . I came across this by chance and i highly believe miss Tatiana that i need to hear it daily because it contains the secret of how i should change my mind and live adequately . I need to find myself from inside . But i didn't understand one idea of fear, how can i disassociate with this feeling and not letting it overcome me?

It is the hardest for me to find some peace, I am very withdrawn, I have no concentration and I have a lot of nervousness. For example, when I'm drawing something, I quickly get nervous and I don't continue to draw. There is too much depression and anxiety in me, I want to be successful in the future, I study, work, study... I'm trying to start my own business, but here I am, I'm confused about what to start, I'm nervous and depression again... Maybe I should relax somehow or maybe find a girlfriend, but if I found a girlfriend, I would probably waste a lot of time studying and creating, I don't know...

I can understand that! I think you need to get clarity on what you want and you do that from the place of stillness where you won’t be confused about your desires they will just be a knowing. So yes, meditation can help you get there but also taking pen to paper and asking yourself powerful questions to gain an understanding of what your vision is.

I prefer the interstand or overstand rather than understand, understand was part of the programming that we have all been subjected too. Your video has so much truth and merit to it, once people begin to realized the programming they will be able to free themselves of the matrix's bubble that we have allowed to imprison our minds to the conditioning process. Peace,Joy and Love has been stolen from humanity. Once Humanity figure this out as whole humanity can no longer be enslaved!

hey, in the background of your video theres a figure of a tiger made of glass. Love that. Theres so much information in your Video it was really hard for me to get through!! From experience I can say that sticking to your goals over some years brings you the desired results, even in personal growth. To get to free choise I think is going to take sometimes more than a couple of years. Most inspiring for me is your comparison with the ocean and the cup filled with water out of the ocean. As I understand you is that every living beeing is filled with energy out of this source and even every plant and organism ist a part of this circle. So when it comes to meditation, beeing silent and at the same time present than I understand better now how there is energy.

The people who achieve the most in life do things in spite of fear. Fear will never go away if you are pushing past your comfort zone. It *will* make things easier if you keep doing things in spite of fear, but it will never go away, and if it does go away, it's because you've retracted from your higher potential. Don't focus on fear, focus on winning and doing your best (ie- compete against yourself).

Please do a video on how this relates to relationships. It's a struggle when one is in their higher mind and has the ability to detach and respond with mindfulness and multiple perspectives while the other is triggered into automatic negative thoughts and reactions that are fully associated to perceptions and emotions that are often not based on what's really going on.

If one is at a higher level of consciousness then they will approach the other with compassion instead dog judgement or annoyance. At a higher level of consciousness you realize everyone is innocent because humans and ignorant to who they really are, for that reason alone, everyone gets compassion and forgiveness. His/her response won’t affect you or trigger you because you just see the suffering and your response is love.

You're inspiring. I especially liked the parts of the video where you used the laying down and staring at the clouds example as how meditation is suppose to feel. I also liked the "peeling the layers of the onion" example. I started thinking, if we peeled back all the layers of the onion we'd have no onion. We'd begin back to not even learning how to speak English lol. No life. Hahaha. But that example helped me really hone in on the attributes of myself I'd like to keep as a contributing member of society in this world. One day I'm gonna wife a beautiful chika like you. My ego mind says success or self destruct. Your ego is a tyrant! The lizard brain will get in the way of success. The lizard brain can paralize you. The ego wants to be fed with what it thinks it's lacking. Interesting this channel got suggested to me. I am big into these kind of discussions. Btw, the way you are "laying it out" is exceptional.
