Insurance should cover this type of help, which I know would help me, and probably many others, much more than clinical psychology in helping to become a successfully functioning person and drastically reducing stress and anxiety levels.

The video is super helpful. But even more so was the part where that lady jumped in, in the middle, and told the presenter to go back a few slides because the internet shut down, even though it didn't. If it were me, it would have completely thrown me. But the presenter handled it so easily. So now I can see the difference between him being stronger on the executive functioning and me, really struggling with any form of interruption. I'm glad I'm going to get diagnosed in December this year. I need it.
