What is exactly is meant by "Intelligent Design"? Do certain features of reality allow us to reasonably infer that they are the product of a Mind, an Intelligence, or a Designer?

It fills me with wonder and awe to understand how the designer made us. Planting the first simple cells then, over 3.8 billion years, nurturing that early life into humans, the pinnacle of creation. And science knows how it was done: with massive asteroid and comet impacts, gigantic volcanic eruptions, the oxygen catastrophe, worldwide ice ages, cosmic radiation, carnivory, disease, parasitism, continental drift, and mass extinction after mass extinction. Praise Jesu...I mean the Cosmic Designer!

I'm kind of confused...we would expect life to be just as fine tuned if life itself is a product of the natural world, and not necessarily an intelligence.

Education is the key as evident from a Gallup poll where only 21% of people who have high school or less accept Evolution compared to 74% of post graduates who accept Evolution

Soooo... your religious beliefs keep you from accepting that small gradual changes over time can accumulate to large changes over longer amounts of time. I see. It's belief that keeps you from seeing the evidence.

This dude demonstrates the adage " A little knowledge is a dangerous thing ". And in his case there is VERY little knowledge. But hey the whole room seems to be having a good time so I guess all is well.
