I have had a SPECT scan ECD results was mottled brain activity throughout the cerebral hemispheres as under stand this maybe vascular dementia can anyone help me understand if that is actually what this SPECT represents

Sleep problems years before LBD, more depression in LBD than in Alzheimer, 30% of movement disorder in LBD, typically in older ones, restless legs, autonomic disorders (falls!), More prone to delir after pain killers and anesthesia, hallucinations typically not scary
