I was exposed to various toxins while spray painting military vehicles back in 1982. I inhaled a lot of the aerosolized paint, as back then we did not use any PPE. I’ve been diagnosed with respiratory problems due to inhaling the paint. I’ve also been diagnosed with MDD and I was wondering if the inhalation and/or direct skin contact with the paint could be attributed to my exposure. Thank you.

So you're saying if a veteran is 100% P&T for mental health...he/she may still be re-evaluated regardless every year or two? Or just veterans with regular 100%? Thanks!

I'm a veteran with 100% P&T and got my rating in 2021 only for mental health. I have never had any re-evaluations and since I'm a victim of therapist abuse which ended my military career, I avoid getting treated for it because I have lost complete and utter faith in the industry as a whole. Essentially when you receive this rating, you get a letter in the mail stating that you "have no further evaluations scheduled" so you should be able to keep this rating indefinitely. Vets with a 100% schedular rating aka 'regular' will receive revaluations every year or so.
