If you try to lean against the wall while a train is passing you might actually get sucked into the train so in a lot of cases it's best to run for it. Some train tunnels have covers on the walls where you can go inside that is the safest option if it is available.

Growing up in Philly we used to walk across a train overpass as a shortcut. It was known as "the catwalk." We had no idea when the next train was coming, just that they came on the regular. I guess in my 9 yr old mind, I really believed we could outrun the train if it turned up. I cant believe no kids were ever killed. Whenever I catch myself thinking about how stupid current kids are, I remind myself we were no better.

I love the drive from Orlando to Cape Canaveral in Florida. The canals on each side of the road are filled with alligators. We would always see tourists on the side of the road feeding the gators with their kids running around. We Floridians know that gators will take young children if they are hungry enough. There are signs warning to not feed the gators all along the highway. I always joke that tourists in Florida check their brains out when they check in to their hotels because they do the stupidest things. I know, Floridians do stupid stuff too.

I stopped riding motorcycles at 13. I had rode them for about 3 years as my Dad's friends and their kids about my age rode them and I got into riding with them. What made me quit riding all-together was I was riding along one of those steep, deep drainage ditches on my right and hit a hole an animal probably dug. I leaned forward but stayed on, then the back wheel hit the hole and I leaned back but also my hand leaned back on the throttle sending me speeding darn near into the ditch. I managed to break and stop just before going over the edge and leaned to my left on the flat ground. Never got back on, even to this day.

What country are you from? Your English is pretty decent for someone who isn’t from an English-speaking country. You have some really basic errors with many of your verbs, though. You don’t seem to know how to match tense when you have multiple verbs in a sentence, and you’ve obviously never learned past participles. Spelling errors are another problem. "Break" means to damage or snap into pieces. "Brake" means to stop a vehicle. All this stuff is learned by American children in elementary school, but since you’re obviously not someone who went to school in an English-speaking country, it’s pretty commendable that you’re at least trying to learn English. So many Americans are total morons who have the literacy skills of an eight-year-old.

The bicycle in the Train Tunnel... I think the year was 1997. I was walking across a Trestle Bridge at night when I heard the train. I couldn't see far enough ahead to safely cross. So, I looked for a Support I Beam between the wooden 8"X8" beams. I scurried down to the metal Bridge Support and tucked myself in that corner. From my vantage point, I saw the wheels rolling across the tracks. When the train passed, I could see I was 24 beams away from the end of the bridge. Unnerving, yes, but very cool.

Solar Panels don't weight that much, if a roof doesn't resist this little weight, it is a completely failed construction in the first place. Every heavy rain puts more load on the roof than these few panels and the bricks. And the maintenance guy does weight at least 5 times the weight of a solar panel, if he's from the US, perhaps even 10 times the weight. This roof was doomed long before the panels were put up there!
