Nice video,looks more like museum but the food presentation table wise is great to watch ,a once in a lifetime experience.

In this part of the video he has PAUL BOCUSE,and I worked under CHEF DANIEL at a FRENCH RESTAURANT called LES ESCARGOT in Hawaii and when I graduated from culinary school I asked EXECUTIVE CHEF ANDRE RENEE that I wanted to go to France to study FRENCH Cuisine he told me that I didn't need to because FRENCH CHEF'S are coming here so I took his advice then when I worked at the ST REGIS HOTEL, I worked under EXECUTIVE CHEF CHRISTIN GABROIT,but under Daniel I learned a lot for 2 years so I am FRENCH trained as it is not easy like learning Japanese cuisine, not easy, American cuisine is a lot easier Italian is easy Greek I don't care for and no one knows HAWAIIAN CUISINE IN the APPLE but I know it havingI un worked for 3 years with my friends family. And

Cheese is a traditional element of a French meal, normally before dessert and yes you choose your cheese.

Whoaaaa.... 92 Euros for Frogs legs and Carp.... From the Pond. Sea bass for 2 = 220 Euros , Scary. Chicken in a Pigs bladder... 285 Euros. Wow, I won't complain about paying £175 for this at the Ritz.... ever. I would have expected to see a Bocuse Tasting menu of all the classics. Enjoyed the video . Please try and film everything in landscape mode as it'll make for a far better video on youtube. Cheers and look forward to more. 🙏
