Axl Rose in his prime from about 1987 to 1993 was the greatest front man of all time. He just had the look, the swagger, the attitude, the voice, the controversy, etc. Everything that makes a great rock star.

That's the amazing part about Axl's voice. His range was so incredible that he could live outside of his natural voice for an entire song. "Welcome to The Jungle", "Sweet Child O' Mine", "Paradise City", "You Could Be Mine" are examples of this. Axl's natural voice can be heard on songs like "It's So Easy" and "Bad Obsession."

Sorry for being away for a bit, but I'm back now:) I've wanted to make this for a while, as I'm quite mesmerized by Axl Rose's deep speaking voice and his unique personality (the singing voice sounds quite different ... but still, "Appetite for Destruction" is an amazing album, imo). Sorry for the sub-par video and audio quality, but I couldn't find much better source material from that time...

Love this channel, but IMO your previews are waaaay too long - 1:05 long is a trailer, not a preview. It can be really confusing, where it seems like the video proper must have begun by now, but nope it’s still the preview, and the bouncing around between disparate scenes makes it really jarring and defeats the purpose - trying to relax.
