#5 has been challenging for me because I normally want to play it as you described, don't rush and don't give up my space if I don't have to, but I usually have a few teammates shouting at me to PRESSURE because they don't understand this.

I train at home, I do fast feet drills, cone dribling, juggle, physics, what else should I do?

You should also do freestyle dribbling. Dribble around and do whatever comes to your mind. Do it slow first and then Do it as fast as possible for 1 min. Body feints etc. It helps with instincts. Then rest and do it again.
