the bass you got confiused with is called starsky bass, and it is made with the uvula, its like the stereotypical noise people make when they're about to spit, pitched with an open mouth filter

Either starsky or vocal, it might be starsky tho cause last i checked starsky is just vocal bass with a synth filter

11:30 alexinho is using the uvula, it’s called vocal base. It’s something he uses quite a lot. For example pwad uses vocal base a lot it’s his main bass and I use it sometimes also, it sounds really good

I have never watched anything like this, but I watch your music reactions all of the time so I thought I’d try watching this. I’m really enjoying it and that’s mostly because of you explaining what’s going on. I’ve really enjoyed your music as well, but it has a bit more language in it than I really want to listen to. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge with the rest of us who have none. Maybe I’ll start watching more of these kind of performance since you can explain it in language, I understand. English. And without an accent. 😁

Yeup that bass that alexhino is vocal bass, used by rapidly flapping the uvula while vocalizing it, when its good its a really good bass, his lip placement is he makes a tight o shape

10:50 it is a throat sound. Not a lip sound. I don't know if it is uvula specifically. I think it is tongue, but the back of the tongue. That sound comes from the back of the throat not the lips.
