Made a video about the Universal Audio Fender '55 Tweed Deluxe Plugin and made an unfair comparison with a Tube Amp Doctor 5E3.

About this video's audio:
Amps are all recorded in Logic Pro.
Signal path is:
Guitar - Morley A and B box - Output A to the UAD Arrow Hi Z input / Output B to the real amp, Rode NTK to channel 2 of the interface.
So I recorded to two channels.

Nice pickin' I liked both...your 2nd take I thought was live so I'm sold, thanks. I'm new to DAW's hopefully it will work with Reaper.

Really nice comparison. My ears agreed with yours. I look forward to the possibility of UA doing a Twin Reverb one day. The Tweed has a great sound, but the Twin has so much versatility and headroom.

When you say fender it sounds like’ Thunder’ I love it. Btw it’s a great amp I agree, one of the best amp sims imho there is, and I’ve tried a holy f#@kton, great sounds you dialed in as well 👍🏼

goeike 😉 My prefs. : A1 - B2 - C2 (despite some hum) So I suppose we need both !

Don't get sweaty now! Only a few answered A, Well done my friend! Flavoring, don't think it would be possible to pick the real amp out of a mix. We're in a digital age supporting analog gear, Whoop whoop! (I DO LOVE this plugin!)

@@HilkoGuitars You're right about that. It would be impossible indeed. Those plug-ins are getting better and better. Biggest issue is the lack of 'oomph'. The only plug-in that impressed me is the 7ender Bassman model of Amplitube 👍
