Stuffed Bell Pepper Wheel Extravaganza! Outdoor edition.
Ingredients
🔔 Bell peppers (cut into even rings) - 3
🍄 Mushrooms (sliced) - 1 cup
🌭 Italian sausage (sliced) - 3
🥒 Zucchini (sliced) - 1
🧂 Salt & pepper - to taste
🔥 Hot paprika - 1 tsp (for a fiery kick)
🧄 Garlic seasoning - 1 tsp
🍅 Tomato sauce - 1 can
🧀 Shredded cheese - ½ cup
🌿 Cilantro (chopped) - 3 sprigs
🔥 Oil - for frying

1️⃣ Slice those bell peppers into even circles, about 1 ½ inches tall. We want them to be perfect wheels.
2️⃣ On a hot skillet with oil, place those bell pepper rings and let them sauté for a few minutes.
3️⃣ Add the sliced sausage and mushrooms inside each bell pepper ring. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, and paprika.
4️⃣ Now, let's cover each pepper with zucchini slices and pour that luscious tomato sauce on top. Add some seasoning on top if desired. Cover the skillet with the lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5️⃣ Sprinkle this magnificent dish with shredded cheese and a generous amount of cilantro. Let it sauté for a bit longer until the cheese is melted
