Still i miss this place in 2012 when i was in chennai during my MBA so that time me and my friend eat here on monthly package 3000.00 per month of both the time and really this is very good place specially for us as well as food was very good and on every sunday they provide special thali.Thanks for this video bcoz still i remeber that time.

Twice a week, I used to visit Gujarati Mandal for lunch in the year 1978-1979. At that time only Gujarati Thali was served with simple but unlimited delicious dishes. I am reminded of those pleasant days of my aquaitance with Gujarati Mandal. G.Neelamegan

Sir, that is "gulab Jamun" not gulab jaam. I've been visiting this place since 2005 when food cost was as low as 55/- to current 110/- excluding sweets, add another 30/- for a serving of sweet.. Sunday thali rates are slightly higher as sweet is included in thali as special one
