This guided introspective questioning track will help you to open to massive new potential and possibilities for your life. The process of asking empowering, forward-moving questions assists your mind in expanding and releasing limitations. If you are listening to the track during the day, stop after each question and take time to write down your answers. Feel into each question, allowing your imagination to take you to the place of "What if everything was working out for me...how would I really feel".

I really love your overnight/sleep hypnosis and when I go to iTunes to download they are only 20 minutes long. Why is that?

I cant upload long tracks to the music platforms, they only allow tracks up to 60 minutes. I will be releasing an app later in the year which will give you the ability to customize the affirmations changing the length of the music and the affirmations to suit your needs: also with the ability to change the music if you prefer somethiing different. I hope you will find that helpful. You will also be able to create your own affirmation tracks, record them and add any of my music to it! Super fun for extra powerful reprogramming :-) Have a great day.
