Love the frog bridge- strangely enough I find sitting/lying in this position helpful and also doing regular bridges but hadn't thought of combining the two- Thank you 😊

Once again, you nailed it, Kristie. Been going through some serious pain in that area that wakes me in the middle of the night. the perspective on the left arm in the icon reminds me of the exaggerated one in various Paganini depictions also look way too "buff -large- " and defined but may just be the lighting all good stuff for me to implement into keeping a 70+ guy with smooth pain free moves

Woke up with a “tight, mid-back” a couple days ago. Been stretching more than usually but holy buckets a simple thing like that can immobilize a person in a hurry.

As always a great and detailed and informative video. I wake up with various aches and pains. Lately more in the glutes. Any ideas for that area. Would derma edge help in that area. Maybe my wife and I need a new mattress too

I’m sorry:( definitely check with your own doctor that knows you to make sure you don’t have any specific precautions before exercising. Usually flexion feels better.
