At some point he'll figure out you can throw pushes into gaps you'll win 80% of the time (instead of the 100% he waits for) and that'll improve his win chances. Snow beats him hard a couple of times by pushing while undefended but because Artosis NEVER plays anything but the macro/momentum game, he'll only ever win in those 20% of times his opponent gets unlucky.

It's like, he comes to the fight with a sword and shield, and his opponent will sometimes do the same but will also sometimes bringing in the huge, slow shield-breaker weapon, but Artosis will never risk getting hit to go kill the other guy, he'll just go 'I now have to block' and will complain in the 80% of times he just gets crushed. That's a weird way to describe the problem, but essentially, he never wants to win through luck/risk taking which just allows the opponents to always do so and never get punished.

He'll win an all out fight and have a 25% of his forces left compared to zero on the other guy, will kill several workers until those 25% get killed off and go 'we evenly traded but I did eco damage so I should win', not realizing that by not finishing off and rallying into the enemy base he's just giving the other guy a dice roll that's unnecessary.

thats cuz if u split at that moment, scarab will automatically find the pathing and detonate, whereas moving like that bugging the scarab enough may give him the time to defuse it

negative, interceptor return to carrier automatically at 10 shield, on top of their 40 shield / 40 hp, this makes them incredibly tanky, unless you have enough valk to 1 shot all interceptor in the first salvo, it wont do jack, its better to just snipe the carrier with wraith or gol.

Same thoughts exactly. Artosis also sometimes rallies his troops together, so the scarab hits more than it would without his intervension. Literally negative micro.

He IS S-rank, and it is because he knows a lot about what builds to do and what to scout and when, but his micro is such garbage.

I think it was intentional to not do splash damage, clear zealot/ scarab and be able to kite the dragoons into mines like he did at the end.
