Thank you for the useful review! Very cool shoe. I got the lace version and to me it is similar to the Katana lace but with the huge advantage that you get the right fit immediately out of the box if you get the right size. I got half a size below my street size. Love the narrower heel (which again is similar to the Katana lace).

Unparallel are definitely doing their synthetic uppers right! The Up Duel I previously review is incredible on the comfort and fit of the upper too if you ever want a comfortable gym shoe or smearing option!

Nice review. Are they as narrow as the Flagships? And how does the heel fit compared to them?

They are slightly narrower in the forefoot and definitely a bit narrower at the heel too. More noticeable in the heel for sure which fits me well but if you struggle with narrow heels you may want to stick to the Flagships on this occasion!

How's the width compared to something like the Zenist?

They are a bit narrower with a more rounded toe box by comparison. The Zenist in the standard volume has a little more flex in the upper compared to the Newtro too as the Zenist is so soft it stretches more around your foot overall. If you need anymore help then let me know! 🙂

Any idea how these compare to the Newtro Lace?

They're effectively the same shoe though the lace up offers you a more fine tuned fit as you can draw in the upper for the full length of the shoe. You do sacrifice toe rubber though for hooking is the down side unfortunately but it's always a trade off!
