I agree with the BLACKPINK parts. And like, yes, they're very good and all but YG already giving them an international debut is kind of too fast. It's only been two years yet, they'll debut internationally. And i agree with See u later, not really my bop. And for Forever young, i like it but until the break part. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Finally I’ve found someone who hasn’t talked trash about Ly Tear. I agree that the title track and DNA were both on the weaker side, but in all honesty, I’m not a huge fan of their music back then. I still do love every single song they’ve ever released, but the Ly albums are more of my taste of albums. For example, I like chill bops but they’re still songs that I can dance to when I’m alone. It’s more my style of music. But still, I don’t get why people have been trashing on the Ly albums, and saying Tear is their worst. Tear is actually my second favorite album, Her topping all, yet people talk about it like it’s a piece of garbage. It’s so annoying when everyone is complaining about forever young being created in 2015. This happens all the time in the music industry so please stop acting like blackpink are the only ones to ever do that. That’s how the music industry works. You make a song, scrap it if you don’t have any ideas, and revisit it and modify it a few years later if you’re feeling it then. It happens practically all the time, and taeyang has talked about doing that as well for his title track off his new album. And what is this nonsense about YG leaving the big 3 when they have literally had the best digitals for the first half of 2018? When they do comeback, they slay, as can be seen by the success of every single YG comeback this year (although Big Bang’s wasn’t technically a comeback but kings of Korea sit at their thrones regardless of no promotions and still get them PAKs). Y’all can say this and that and complain about not getting comebacks (though I don’t know why all the complaints because YG has never been dishonest about being a company that doesn’t give a lot of comebacks to their artists. me too , i want to stan alot of groups but i can't grasp them and is hard....i love various groups, solo, duo's music but i can't. when i first start listening to kpop in 2017, i was mindblown and heard all of these artist but it was hard to like their type of music, only I was able to stan and love BTS and KARD as groups and individuals.

I love bts's new album and I agree that the title tracks could do better. Bless you with the Namjoon opinion; what I love about him is that he messed up (he seriously messed up lmao) and he apologized but beside that he REALLY change. Something that I actually don't like is that when someone apologize but keeps doing the same thing or worse, they don't even feel sorry. He showed a change; on his lyrics (Change, 21st Century Girls, etc.), on his attitude (he's literally one of the most polited human in the world) and on what he says (one thing: his speech at the United Nations, BLESS HIM). I know bts since 2013/2014 but i was never attracted to them. In 2015 i lost interest in Kpop (bc the second generation groups like 2pm were loosing their popularity etc.) , the only group of the third generation that got me back into kpop was Monsta X with their Beautiful cb. Their got me with their music but i also like the concept in Beautiful (they looked Kind of mature with their suits in the MV). I mean they look still boyish but not that boyish compared to other kpop boy groups in their generation. besides music the best thing I love about them is their personalities. Eventhough there are a lot of armybebes I see that you cant get into MX. Besides their talented rapline there are a lot of differences esp. Their Music.

Actually, I live in Korea and am Korean myself, and most of my Korean friends are fans of Blackpink. Blackpink IS infact really popular in Korea. I mean, if you ask anyone in Korea to name a Kpop group, they'll most likely say "wannaone, blackpink, bts and twice," most of the times, since they're the most popular in Korea these days. I'm in Japan in the moment and I can say Blackpink are really famous here. So I don't know about South Korea but normally when a Kpop group is famous here they are famous everywhere, for example Twice, BTS, Exo, TVXQ und SNSD...

BTS are not the only ones who've apologized for the things they did in the past. A group I ult is called A.C.E and two of the members (Byeongkwan and Donghun) had made some jokes about girls being too into brands (or something) and later they apologized and began reading some books about feminism, they now even have a space in their fan cafe where they talk about those books and recommend them to their fans (if I remember correctly, they also read books that fans recommend them!)

I really don’t mean to sound rude by saying this but I think, in regards to number 12, there is evidence of other kpop groups apologising after controversies. The one example that springs to mind is block b back in 2012, who released a video after they were rude and insensitive in an interview which took place in Thailand - they seemed really sincere and zico even shaved his head in remorse. But that’s just one example, I know there are loads more examples out there.

If I recall correctly, BlackPink IS the number 3 most popular kpop girlgroup rn, according to popularity and brand marketing value. The top five were TWICE, IZ*ONE, BlackPink, SNSD and Red Velvet in that order. So yeah, maybe you don't feel like they are huge in Korea, or like they don't deserve the spot, but they do have it (and I'm not stating an opinion here, if I had to choose the top three active girl groups it would be quite different, but still, just facts, not tea.)

I do agree with a lot of the opinions in here but when u said that BTS's song DNA and Fake Love were weak I do have to disagree with bc those were one of their 2 best song/MV in a lot of countries....
