Illuminating! Thank you! I have a question, though. On which ganglia is the inhibitory innervation exactly? Are the thoracic ganglia reached by parasympathetic fibres?

Yes. This is what is suggested (indirectly) by Ganong. That ACh acts presynaptically on the adrenergic fibers. Stellate ganglion is where it acts; that's what is mentioned by Ganong.

Tell me if I am correct SNS cause increased contractility by direct action on epicardium and at the same time cause increased heart rate by inhibiting the PNS? And viceversa

Sympathetic nervous system does not inhibit the parasympathetic system to increase the heart rate. It directly acts on the conducting system, to increase the heart rate.

cAMP is the intracellular second messenger. Certain ligands can not enter the target cell. So they combine with their receptor in the cell membrane, and this forms cAMP inside the cell, which then conveys the message of that ligand.

Which part is wrong? The heart drawn is that of the person facing us. Thus, the right vagus was shown to come from the right side of that person (facing us), and innervating the SA node. And left vagus was shown to come from the left side (of that person facing us), and innervating the AV node. It's a representative diagram for the person opposite us.

If sympathetic increase contactality, it too increase hear rate? If left vagual nerve influence AV node, there is chance to lead ventricular arrhythmias? Kindly clear my doubt sir, plz..

The point that was explained in video was - Sympathetic stimulation increases the heart rate, this will reduce the duration of cardiac cycle and hence duration of systole & diastole. Yet, it increases the stroke volume, by increasing the contractile strength of the heart. Excessive vagal stimulation may lead to bradyarrhythmias and heart block.
